About the project: Country: Switzerland The project is a SaaS solution for realtors and other real estate workers. The platform helps to automate and facilitate the process of selecting real estate according to the needs of tenants, checks the reliability of customers, provides the possibility of online execution of the agreement, etc. Team: 3 developers, Project Manager. Responsibilities of the project: — Analysis of the current deployment process and determination of options for its optimization, both from the point of view of process efficiency and budget allocation; — Development and implementation of a strategy to optimize the deployment process; — Search for an alternative to OpsWork and infrastructure migration with a new solution. Organization of work processes:—Work schedule: flexible, but you need to be present at team meetings;—Methodology: SCRUM.
