Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role in IT (outsourcing)
- Previous successful track record in Inbound activities is a must
- Previous experience working with Linkedin Outbound campaigns is a plus
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager is a must
- Knowledge of Outsourcing “IT kitchen”
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and leads
- Deep understanding of sales, pre-sales processes
- Deep understanding of SDLC
- High analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and any useful sales-related tools
- A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Helping to achieve Financial KPIs
- Work with Existing Inbound channels and helping to look for new ones
- Possible involvement in Outbound campaigns (Linkedin)
- Possible involvement in Business Trips to clients and leads
- Working with own Accounts and growing them
- Preparing documentation for the successful deals
- Effective FUP strategy
- Cooperation with Recruitment team on opened positions
- Cooperation with pre-sale team on active pre-sales
- Cooperation with delivery team on projects where perform as Account Manager
- Cooperation with Sales team in helping to improve existing Sales and Account processes
