What do you need:
● Result-oriented and self-driven individual who engages the client and leads the team
● Having 3+ years of experience in software development project management on multiple accounts and various delivery models
● Experienced in managing teams of 10+ talents
● Hands-on with PMI methodology, all knowledge areas
● Knowing how to make projects successful during the whole implementation cycle from business need to post-production maintenance journey
● Experience planning and delivering projects using Agile frameworks within project thresholds on scope, timeline, and budget
● Experience setting up metric-driven monitoring, control, and reporting processes
