What doyou need: ● 4+years ofexperience inAI/MLdevelopment. ● Proficiency inPython and with scientific Python ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, TensorFlow). ● Knowledge ofpopular databases, including SQL-based RDBMS, MongoDB, etc. ● Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, Computer Vision ● Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying AIsolutions. ● Strong programming skills and understanding ofmachine learning algorithms and optimization techniques. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. ● Experience insoftware engineering principles, agile methodologies, and best practices. ● Ability towork inclient-facing roles and effectively communicate technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Will beaplus: ● Additional generativeAI techniques such asRAG, NER, GANs and diffusion models ● Experience with GraphQL, Prisma ORM, Apollo Client, and Apollo Server. ● DevOps/Cloud experience: AWS, EC2, RDS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. ● Familiarity with DataOps, MLOps, and LLMOps concepts. What will youdo: ● Lead the design, development, and implementation ofAI and machine learning solutions, ensuring they align with project goals and technical strategy. ● Define technical solutions and operational processes toenhance project efficiency and scalability, making necessary tradeoffs asneeded. ● Design and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms, covering deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. ● Deploy AImodels into scalable, cloud-based environments for real-world applications, ensuring robustness and reliability. ● Explore innovative approaches tosolving complex problems using AImethodologies, staying updated with the latest advancements inthe field. ● Contribute tothe establishment ofcompany best practices and standards for AIdevelopment, promoting excellence and consistency across projects. ● Participate inpre-sales activities byproviding technical expertise and insights topotential clients, collaborating with sales teams topropose suitable AI/MLsolutions, and creating proof-of-concepts toshowcase capabilities.
