Your project: Taimi . It is one of the largest fully inclusive LGBTQ+ dating apps. It has been carefully designed to allow you to explore your sexuality and romantic preferences. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.

You will:

Be responsible for how the Taimi brand sounds on TikTok and X, work on growing reach, views and audience engagement. There will be a lot of creativity, working with influencers, planning and building a strategy for these channels. You will also:

● Develop and implement a content plan for each social network in accordance with the product's brand strategy and goals;
● Create relevant, fan-friendly and useful content for CA;
● Follow global trends in social networks and implement them in product communication;
● Interact and set tasks for designers;
● Brief influencers to implement the content strategy;
● Launch advertising campaigns;
● Measure success with numbers;
● Manage budgets;
● Participate in the development of all brand team initiatives.

About you:

● 2+ years of experience in running social media businesses in a foreign market and you can boast a portfolio;
● Experience in conducting international communications and work in an NGO is also welcome;
● Skills in developing creative video content that drives views, reach, engagement;
● Understand TikTok and X trends;
● Develop channel management strategies according to goals;
● You understand how to implement brand and product communications in social networks;
● Empathic, you have a sense of humor, you enjoy communicating with people;
● You understand algorithms, social network analytics, know how to set measurable goals, know when to optimize;
● You understand the principles of high-quality graphic design;
● You demonstrate well-developed communication skills, you work comfortably in a team;
● Written English C1 is a must, oral - B2.

Will be a plus:

● Knowledge of (or interest in) the LGBTQ+ agenda in the world.
