We are looking for a creative Middle SMM Manager who will become part of a powerful communications team. In this role, you will work to strengthen the Universe Group brand on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).

In the role of SMM Manager in our team, you will focus on promoting the employer brand: on the one hand, you will help the business to find great specialists for the team, on the other hand, you will support people in their job searches. Admittedly, we are bold and open to testing different formats and approaches when creating content, so any creative ideas you have that will help you achieve your goals will have room to be realized. In addition, you will be regularly involved in the organization of various educational partnerships and initiatives.

This position involves a hybrid format - you will be able to combine work in the office 2-3 days a week with remote work. Location — Kyiv.

Your future tasks:

• Creating a content plan for social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn , Facebook)
• Development and search for new categories for posts and stories.
• Working with moderation and providing timely responses to requests.
• Script writing and filming on the phone for social networks (Stories, Reels).
• Trend tracking and preparation of situational content.
• Analysis of your work (monthly track and analysis of the effectiveness of social media management).

What you need to join us:

• From 2 years of commercial experience in the role of an SMM specialist.
• Have experience in creating a content plan and working with texts.
• Be able to shoot on a phone (Stories, Reels).
• Have cases of implementation of new ideas and approaches at work.
• Analyze your work and be able to work according to KPI.
• Negotiation and teamwork skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Editorial or journalism education.
• Experience in launching advertising campaigns.
• Figma skills.
