Middle SMM Manager in Genesis

The PR team of the Genesis head office is expanding the SMM direction and is looking for a Middle SMM Manager who will work on the development and strengthening of Genesis social networks. The following tasks await you: interaction with the PR areas teams (Content, Internal Comm's, Design); work in the SMM team on filling content and development of Genesis social networks; developing a content plan, filling the existing rubric with new rubrics; writing texts for posts and preparing technical specifications for designers to create visuals; processing information drives, cooperation with other companies from the ecosystem and/or partners; processing direct mail and providing timely responses to requests; developing creatives for advertising, launching advertising through Meta Ads and analyzing results; writing scripts and filming for social networks (Reels, etc.); monthly track and analysis of performance managing social networks and the effectiveness of advertising; generating new ideas and testing them. What we expect from you: at least 2 years of work experience as an SMM manager; knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts of any format (posts, scripts, advertising materials) on IT - and business topics; experience of running ads through Meta Ads, understanding of goals in the advertising cabinet and basic concepts in advertising (reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.); understanding of analytical metrics; knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above; experience shooting Reels and writing scripts for videos; creative thinking and the ability to present ideas, arguing for your vision. It will be a plus to have successful cases of growth of indicators (ER, subscribers), experience editing videos in Premiere Pro, iMovie and/or mobile editors telephone and knowledge of community management.
