Hello!

The Real Talk team is looking for a Middle SMM Manager who will work on the development and strengthening of social networks in a new international project (marketplace).

The following tasks await you:

• Work with directions (Content, Internal Comm's, Design);
• work on content filling and development of social networks;
• development of a content plan, filling the existing rubric with new rubrics;
• writing texts for posts and preparing technical specifications for designers to create visuals;
• processing of information drives.
• processing direct mail and providing timely responses to requests;
• development of creatives for advertising, launch of advertising through Meta Ads and analysis of results;
• script writing and filming for social networks (Reels, etc.);
• monthly track and analysis of social media performance and advertising effectiveness;
• generating new ideas and testing them.

What we expect from you:

• at least 2 years of work experience in the position of SMM manager;
• knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts of any format (posts, scripts, advertising materials) on IT and business topics;
• experience in running ads through Meta Ads, understanding goals in an advertising cabinet and basic concepts in advertising (reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.);
• understanding of analytical metrics;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• experience in filming Reels and writing scripts for videos;
• creative thinking and the ability to present ideas, arguing one's vision.
