Middle SMM manager in OMG Agency

If your superpower is to come up with creatives and texts that will make the target audience fall in love with the brand, to lead projects, budgeting, organizing and reporting, join our team.

Work schedule: Full-time, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., hybrid. We support work-life balance, so you can partially work remotely, but sometimes you have to be present in the office or on set. We work in a comfortable open space office in the center of the capital on Vozdvizhenka.

Stages of interviews: HR call - test - getting to know the team leader and head of SMM.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• develop a brand positioning strategy, create a content plan and implement to bring it to life;
• create photo / video content that will fly around the network (independently or with contractors);
• manage the team and organize work so that projects fulfill their OKRs;
• participate in filming for their projects;
• analyze the results and adjust their action plan accordingly;
• create TK for activations and integrations with influencers, the work of designers and target specialists;
• lead projects on various platforms;
• communicate with the audience as needed (comments, direct mail, feedback);
• analyze audience reactions to content and respond to it in time;
• participate in the development of other OMG products Agency.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO:

• has significant (2+ years) experience in the field of SMM and projects, the results of which he can share;
• has experience in developing content plans and strategies for different niches;
• initiative and offers to use trends for his brands;
• responsible;
• creative;
• knows and wants to work with technical topics;
• understands Ukrainian spelling;
• loves his work and is inspired by it. 
  
  *Knowledge of the English language will be a plus, because there are English-language projects.
