We are expanding our dream team and are looking for Middle Service Desk Manager.
Your future tasks:
- full participation in the exit of new employees (transfer of internal access, technical onboarding);
- technical support of the company's employees (tasks through the ticket system, communication through the internal messenger);
- technical support of the office in Kyiv. User support in the middle of the office upon request;
- once every four weeks on duty remotely (7 days\nights, communication via regular telegram, assistance via remote-desktop applications);
- assistance in equipment inventory and accounting;
- sending and receiving equipment for employees with pre- or post-configuration.
Your skills:
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">experience from 1 year in the position of Service Desk / System Administrator / Help Desk;- knowledge of the computer at the "Administrator" level;
- configuration and installation of operating systems (Windows / MacOS);
- software settings and data encryption (Bitlocker / FileVault);
- purchase of computer equipment;
- support in the repair of computer equipment;
- ability to independently carry out preliminary diagnostics of equipment;
- knowledge of networks at the level of "Confident User";
- ability to work with periphery.
Preferred, but not critical:
- analytical, organizational and time management skills, desire to develop;
- knowledge of Linux;
- experience with Jira, Confluence;
- skills of resource administration within the company;
- ability to work in a team and attention to detail;
- English at the level of ability to read and write documentation.
