Middle SEO specialist for managing a network of 10 sites in Vahnova G.L., FLP

We are looking for a Middle SEO specialist in the team to manage a network of 10 sites in the EU countries.

Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience
- case(s) with successful placement in the top HF/MF with good KD, especially in the EU region
IMPORTANT:possibility to show case site without NDA and tell what they specifically did and why

Hard Skills (in descending order of importance):

Link building processes:
- Development of a long-term link strategy
- Analysis of competitor backlinks (including hidden and embedded) in the output
- Analysis of competitor strategies to find and implement new solutions into existing strategies of links
- Forming TK for link builders (how many are needed, to which pages, from where, which anchors)
- Monitoring of new links in Google Search Console, work with disalow, crawl errors
- Analysis of existing links
- Monitoring of crawl errors

Behavioral factors:
- Optimization of existing content with an emphasis on behavioral factors
- Monitoring the time and behavior of users on sites (Google Analytics 4, Plerdy, HotJar) and forming technical specifications for the developer/content manager to make changes

OnPage:
- hreflang
- Optimization of Title, Description, H1
- Optimization of existing content with an emphasis on relevance
- Internal linking, distribution of internal weight of pages
- Formation Writer's TK for new landing pages (structured clear TK: volume of the article, volume of text blocks in H2, what keys are in the text, LSI, context, EEAT)
- Core Web Vitals

Semantics:
- Collection and clustering of the semantic core upon request

Formation of the knowledge base:
- Writing instructions, manuals, checklists

It will be a plus:
- Experience of working in SEO agencies (implementation of processes, task tracker)
- Experience of working with sites in European Union countries
- Experience of working in medicine, igame
- Understanding of White and Black Hat promotion methods

Terms:
