We are looking for a Middle SEO specialist who knows how to work in the conditions of search transformation: AI Overviews, zero-click SERP, multi-format publishing and data-driven approach to optimization. We need a specialist who is able to lead medium and complex projects independently, form hypotheses, test them and scale the result.
Expertise we value
- Experience of successful promotion in an agency/studio and/or parallel management 4-6 projects;
- Ability to form, implement and adapt SEO strategies taking into account changes in SERP, drop in CTR and zero-click scenarios;
- Understanding the principles of work, algorithms of search engines, the latest Google updates and the principles of AI Overviews / Generative Search (GEO);
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, markup, structured data and their impact on SERPs and AI-blocks;
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, logic, analytics);
- Experience with SEO tools: Screaming Frog (or other crawlers), Ahrefs, Serpstat;
- Strong analytics: Google Search Console, GA4 (working with data, visualization);
- Understanding modern approaches to link building: outreach, PR links, brand mentions, content and partner formats;
- The ability to convey information in a structured and clear manner in reporting and in work communication;
- Experience in working with Western markets will be an advantage.
Your main tasks
- project visibility in Google search engines (organic, AI-blocks);
- work with semantics, search intents and content"> external site optimization;
- competitor analysis and improvement of current SEO strategies;
- generation and implementation of ideas aimed at increasing traffic and conversions;
- content optimization based on AI Overviews and LLM-answers;
- implementation of GEO-approaches in contentand SEO strategies of projects;
- analysis of changes in SERP (AI-blocks, zero-click, PAA, videos, forums) and adjustment of strategy;
- formation of SEO hypotheses, their testing and evaluation of results based on data;
- participation in the launch and development of new projects.
