Middle+/Senior web designer (e-commerce, FMCG) in Sleek Soul

We are BUYO, an online marketplace with a team of 70+ people and operations in Ukraine and Uzbekistan. We are launching a new brand - production of auto chemicals and household chemicals with sales in Ukraine, as well as in Asian countries, including Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. We are looking for an experienced designer who will strengthen the visual part of the product and marketing.

What to do

• Web design and finishing of site layouts: landing pages, promotional blocks, UI elements, adaptive.

• Packaging: design of labels and boxes, preparation for printing, layouts for refills and of sets.

• Infographics and visual instructions for product cards: application schemes, composition, benefits.

• Banner and promotional materials for the site and performance channels: static and simple animated.

• Brand support: identity, mini style guide, product templates rulers.

• Retouch, collages and mockups for catalog and cards.

Requirements

• From 3 years of commercial experience in web and graphic design with real cases in e-commerce or FMCG.

• Strong portfolio from packaging and product cards: clear hierarchy, readability, neat pre-press preparation.

• Confident work in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.

• A plus will be: Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, basic After Effects for simple animations, experience with mockups and 3D scenes in Blender/C4D.

• Base with UX/UI: grids, typography, modularity, UI-kits, adaptive.

• Accurate in transferring layouts to development and production: components, autolayout, heats, export.

Personal qualities

• Systematic and attention to details.

• Ability to independently lead tasks from brief to final and meet deadlines.

• Readiness for iterations and A/B approach in performance creatives.

Terms

• Format: remote work.

• Schedule: flexible. At the beginning, part-time employment of 3-4 hours per day is possible with the prospect of transition to full-time.

• Compensation: marketable for the middle+/senior level, negotiated based on the results of an interview and a test task.

• Tools and processes: setting tasks in the tracker, clear briefs, fast approval cycles, access to references and TK for the product.
