We are Kiss My Apps - a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products.
In the last year, the total MRR of products included in Kiss My Apps has grown 5 times, now our products attract 1.5M new users every month.
In our portfolio there are more than 30 applications in different categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle , Health & Fitness, and others.

We are growing exponentially quarter after quarter and we are not going to stop, so we are currently looking for a significant addition to our team - a Middle/Senior User Acquisition Manager, who will strengthen our marketing team and, thanks to his own ambition, creativity and perseverance, will help us grow many times faster and more efficiently.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Creating and implementing a strategy to attract users to Meta and TikTok for a specific product.
• Implementing the launch strategy and execution of KPIs based on the launch results.
• Step-by-step optimization of the testing process to improve efficiency.
• Working with the creative team to create quality ad creatives that convert You will set tasks for the creative team, participate in brainstorms and evaluate the work results of designers.

• Research of direct and indirect competitors from the point of view of channels, advertising materials and successful approaches in attracting users.

From our ideal candidate we expect:

• 2 + years of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing. A minimum of 6 months of experience working with mobile applications is required.
• Successful cases of managing advertising budgets in Facebook Ads from $50,000. Experience with other networks is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention and relationships with company financial results
• Deep understanding of key marketing principles and cognitive empathy - the ability to understand the pain and needs of users.
• Systematic and structured work
• Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach
• Strong analytical skills (factor analysis, ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization)
• Ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses and implement them
• Knowledge English at B2+ level

Kiss My Apps is part of Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we take part: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
