Middle / Senior UI/UX Designer in Academy SMART

Academy SMART invites UI/UX Designer to join our team.Responsibilities:- Work with software requirements specification, discuss it and conduct research;- Create UX artefacts, such as sitemap, User Personas, JTBD, benchmarking report, CJM, etc.;- Design user interface in accordance with requirements and user needs;- Design marketing materials (banners, email templates, landing pages) if needed;- Work in collaboration with the PM and developers on each project.Requirements:- 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX Design;- English - C1 (ability to communicate in a written and verbal forms);- Online portfolio with mobile and web applications — crusial desire, please, share when applying;- Solid skills in Figma, transforming ideas into visual wonders;Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;- Understanding of the usability principles, knowledge of UI/UX trends;- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity.- Work in USA time zone (12-21) IS A MUST!!!!!!Hiring process:- CV/Portfolio review;- HR Interview;- 2 stages of interview with the customer.
