Advertising settings, optimization campaigns and sources
Campaign analysis by key metrics, targeting and KPIs.

Building monthly/quarterly media buying plans and providing reports
Creation and A/B testing of new promo materials. Search for top performers.
Research and analysis of key markets and competitors.
Setting up a structured and detailed TOR for the creative and technical team.
Requirements
2+ years of successful experience with Google Ads (search, adv360), (Facebook ads will be a plus)
Experience with CPA Networks
Experience of working with a monthly budget of $50,000 or more
Understanding marketing metrics, the ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of your actions on them
Understanding QS, CPI, CPA, LTV, EPC, ROAS, CR, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV
Experience with analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom, voluum)
Experience with Google Analytics
Readiness to learn new interfaces, technologies and advertising platforms;
English - from Upper Intermediate" > Experience in lead generation (home/auto insurance, home services-windows/tubs, etc.) and/ or pay per call (aca, medicare, auto, debt, others)
Experience with various traffic purchase models (CPI, CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA);
Knowledge of Excel at middle+ level;
