Middle / Senior Tech Lead in Speed & Function

Responsibilities
 

• Participate in a scrum, estimate work
• Be a part of communication and scoping discussion
• Architect solutions
• Make sure that code and tech solutions have sufficient quality.

Requirements
 

• Around 5 years of experience
• Team Leading experience
• Experience with WordPress CMS (themes/plugins development/customization)
• Experience with Woocommerce
• Experience with multitenant architecture
• AWS experience
• Knowledge of the WordPress REST API
• Estimation techniques
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Agile & Scrum knowledge

Technical skills:
 

• WordPress CMS
• Woocommerce

Nice to have:
 

• abitility to negotiate and defend solution with client
• knowledge of pre-sale process
• ability to gather requirements and scoping

Location and Team Collaboration
This is a full-time remote position, including hourly payment. You can work from your preferred location with occasional on-site collaboration at various offices, including Budva, Philadelphia, etc. Working hours are flexible but should overlap with our core locations in ET, CET, EET time zones.
