Netpeak in search Middle/Senior SEO specialist to work with large Enterprise clients.

Enterprise department — as a separate state of Netpeak, works only with big business and with a minimum of bureaucracy and other "agency" things.

Project types are those that are cool to have in your portfolio, such as Puma, Comfy, Allo, etc. Only white niches.

Geo projects — 80% Ukraine and 20% others.

The number of projects is 3-6, depending on the scale of the projects (routine tasks are assigned to Junior specialists, communication to PMu).

What we expect from the candidate:

1. Work experience as an SEO specialist from 2 years: in agencies or in-house.
2. Successful promotion cases.
3. Understanding search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
4. Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project.
5. Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Lighthouse, Page Speed ​​Insights, Chrome DevTools, NetpeakSpider or similar.
6. Ability to process a large amount of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets.

Will be a plus:

1. Ability to work with API services.
2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, xpath.
3. Ability to work with data and visualize it (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Python, etc.).
4. Understanding the features of scanning and indexing sites on modern JS frameworks.

What needs to be done:

1. Development, protection and implementation of semi-annual SEO strategies for projects.
2. Planning, distribution and implementation of tactical tasks for the project in accordance with the strategy in the areas of: reference, content, technical optimization.
3. Analytics settings (Google Analytics, E-commerce).
4. Finding new growth points for projects: preparing hypotheses and presenting them to the team, conductingexperiments and preparation of conclusions based on their consequences.
5. Monitoring the technical condition of the site using tools: Google Search Console, Netpeak Spider, Chrome DevTools, the department's work on other things.
6. Checking the implementation of tasks with the project.
7. Helping the Project Manager in communicating with the client on technical issues.
8. Informing the client about: promotion results, implementation of the project task plan, completion of tasks per day, any successes and failures in production through RM.
