We are looking for a driven and talented Recruiter , which will strengthen our teams with top specialists on the market.
Your tasks will be:
- be responsible for the recruiting process from matching the profiles of the necessary specialists to the team until they sign the offers about cooperation;
— ensuring regular presentation of strong candidates for selection;
— full recruiting cycle: search, selection, interview of candidates with hiring managers, negotiation of offers;
— participation in Employer Branding events .
—experience in mentoring junior colleagues;
—deep understanding of the IT labor market;
—high level of search skills and ability to establish contact with candidates;
—ability to conduct interviews and manage both hiring managers and candidates during them;
- upper-intermediate English language skills;
- ability to develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
— strong communication skills;
— orientation on results and attention to details.
