Aside from professional skills, itwould beideal ifyou are smart, educated, can keep upthe conversation about almost everything, have wide range ofinterests and agood sense ofhumor :) Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment— from gathering the requirements tosmooth onboarding ofnew team members Creating and posting nice, catchy and attractive vacancy descriptions for the positions you lead Sourcing new candidates via various channels— besides standard options like Linkedin and job boards, itwould beideal ifyou are apro ofGithub, Stackoverflow, social networks search and even more than that Interviewing and evaluating candidates, ensuring they got positive experience Communicating with customers and hiring managers about positions, requirements, candidates, budgets and everything that isrelated tosuccessful hiring Maintaining and keeping applicant tracking system uptodate Requirements: 3+years oftechnical recruitment experience Readiness towork with both tech and non-tech positions Deep understanding oftheIT domain, local market— being tech-savvy asmuch asit’s possible Knowledge ofmain sourcing and interviewing tools and strategies Natural, understandible and attractive manner ofwriting vacancy descriptions, pitches tocandidates, emails tocustomers etc Ability towork independenly and being proactive— you should not beafraid toraise the red flag assoon asyou see problems with the position orthe process coming up Decent English and Polish languages level— nolower than Upper-Intermediate spoken and written Nice tohave requirements: Experience dealing with foreign clients and experience working for outsource/outstaff companies Experience conductingHR interviews using different methodologies (STAR, case interviews, in-depth interviews etc) Weoffer: Competitive salary depending onyour experience Professional development opportunities Study and practice ofEnglish: courses and communication with colleagues and clients from different countries Yoga classes Compensation package (paid vacation, sick leaves) Flexible working hours (from 9-11 to18-20) Comfortable office orpossibility towork remotely
