We are looking for a driven and talented Recruiter who will strengthen our teams with top market specialists. Your tasks will be: — to be responsible for the recruiting process, from coordinating the profiles of the necessary specialists in the team to signing cooperation offers; — ensuring regular presentation of strong candidates for further selection; —full cycle of recruiting: search, selection, interview of candidates by hiring managers, negotiations regarding offers; —participation in Employer Branding events. We are looking for someone who has: — 2-5 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle (from the stage of searching to accepting offers); —experience in mentoring younger colleagues; — a deep understanding of the IT labor market; — a high level of search skills and the ability to establish contact with candidates; — the ability to conduct interviews with both managers and candidates during them; — command of the English language at the level of Upper-Intermediate; — the ability to develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with managers and candidates; — strong communication skills; — orientation to the result and attention to details.
