After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.We are looking for a QA Engineer who will support a project team by contributing to the delivery of high-quality products by implementing testing processes and methodologies. This is a full-time remote position, working for the INFUSE project team under the supervision of the Project Manager.About the role:As a QA Engineer at INFUSE, your primary role is to provide effective quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through advanced test manual and automation (GUI) techniques. You'll conduct testing activities, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on one of our new projects in the American market, requiring strong leadership skills, and both manual and automation expertise.Skills: Strong ability to design comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.Experience in creating detailed test scenarios to ensure thorough test coverage.Proficient in exploratory testing techniques to identify potential issues not covered by existing test casesAnalyzing incidents/problems with subsequent reproduction through automation.Experience in Selenium for GUI testingUnderstand and participate in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD development practices to ensure testing is effectively integrated into the development process.Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools will be an advantage (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks.Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) to organize and execute test cases.Knowledge of basic security testing concepts and techniques.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.Knowledge of SeleniumExperience with TestRail and JiraFluency in English and Russian (at least B2).Responsibilities:Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to define and automate acceptance criteriaIdentify appropriate testing methods and develop a strategy to meet the project requirements.Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirementsMonitor and analyze test results, identifying and documenting defectsDesign, develop, and maintain automated GUI test scripts to improve testing efficiency.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns.Implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.Work with the team to develop risk mitigation strategies.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and test results.Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical team members.Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates on testing progress.
