The working hours in EST correspond approximately to 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Kyiv time. Additionally, we have a meeting once every two weeks at 10:00 PM Kyiv time, which may extend the workday by half an hour to an hour.

About the Project:
Our customer is a U.S.-based company providing a platform (with web and mobile applications) for online donations to various non-profit organizations. The platform offers diverse features to help organizations manage their donations, including donor management tools, engagement analytics, and integration with other software.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Middle+/Senior QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the online donations platform. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality of products through meticulous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with the development team to create and execute comprehensive test plans, perform manual testing, and identify and resolve bugs.

Tools:
Jira, Zephyr plugin for Jira, Browserstack, Android Studio, Jenkins, Postman, Mailtrap, Divvy (billing platform)

Qualifications:
— 5+ years of commercial experience as a QA engineer.
— Strong practical experience in mobile testing (iOS, Android) — must.
— Deep understanding of API testing (Postman & Swagger).
— Advanced user of JIRA and Confluence.
— Experience with creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, test plans, test suites, test runs, etc.).
— Knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
— English: Upper-Intermediate, both speaking and writing (you will communicate with native speakers daily).
— Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
— Good communication skills, proactivity, fast learning abilities, and strong capability for teamwork.

Duties:
— Testing web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
— Analyzing requirements.
— Preparing test documentation and collecting metrics.
— Communicating with the development team.
— Proactively ensuring the stability, accuracy, and quality of the final products
