Middle/Senior Project Manager with Magento

IT Delight was founded in 2012 and has grown into a team of 80+ professionals with a solid portfolio of completed projects.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Magento for our partners.

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
— Experience with Magento;
— Ability to plan workload and allocate resources within projects;
— Ability to competently communicate with the clients and make decisions regarding the project;
— Ability to manage the complete cycle of project development, from budget planning to timely releases;
— Advanced English level.

Responsibilities:
— Planning and calculation of the budget and delivery plan;
— Team organization and management, ensuring their high productivity;
— Management of the full cycle of project development: task planning, control of the development process,
designation of risks, risk management;
— Communication with the team, client, and company management;
— Participation in presales (estimation, preparation of a commercial offer);
— Development of a story/task description for the team;
— Management of several projects at the same time.

Working terms:
— Work on Romania time zone (10:00-19:00);
— Paid vacation (15 days per year);
— Compensation for seminars, conferences, and courses;
