Job Overview:

We seek a  Middle/ Senior Project Manager to lead our web development projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience in IT project management.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in  English .
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects from the initial stage till release.
• Proven experience in resource, risk, and scope management.
• Proficient in using tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., Jira, Excel, Google Docs, Slack).
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, high organizational, and facilitation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working with WordPress CMS

Your Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and team members.
• Identify, assess, and address project risks and issues.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure spending aligns with goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and properly archived.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in project management.
