We have been working in the countries of Western Europe and Asia for more than 8 years.

We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Product designer to work with monetization products .

As a creative in monetization, you will:

— Build a research and discovery process strategy. JTBD will be your main tool.

- Bring together business, developers, QA, Customer Success, designers and users from 5 countries to grow metrics.

—Creatives to find the best solution.

—Create prototypes and thoroughly test and validate them.

About you:

- You have 3+ years of work as a Product Designer (or relevant UX Designer / UX Researcher experience) in a product company.

—Your portfolio illustrates examples of business impact and metrics for your mobile app.

- You understand how products grow and want to influence it. You have an analytical mindset.

- Can present complex things in simple words and package them to convey knowledge.

— You have deep knowledge of Material Design Guidelines, Human Interface Guidelines, features of iOS, Android, React.

— You have an excellent command of Figma, Miro, Maze, Excel. You have experience with design systems, atomic approach, Auto-layouts, Properties.
