We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Product designer to work with monetization products. Your tasks will be:— Interaction with stakeholders, developers, QA , Customer Success and designers.— Building a research strategy and discovery process.— User research using in-depth interviews, surveys, support requests and data.— Presentation of synthesized research data.— Prototyping and testing.— Design rev' and other projects. About you:— You have 2+ years of work as a Product Designer (or relevant UX Designer / UX Researcher experience) in a product company.— You had to work with monetization products.— Your portfolio illustrates the background in the discovery and delivery process.— Excellent command of Figma, Miro, Maze, Excel at a high level.— You have experience working with design systems, atomic approach, Auto-layouts, Properties.— You have deep knowledge of Material Design Guidelines, Human Interface Guidelines, features of iOS, Android, React. — You have experience with such frameworks as CJM, User flows, Heuristics Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Card Sorting, JTBD.— You know how to combine user and business needs in finding and arguing solutions.— You know how to present complex things to stakeholders in simple words and package them for knowledge transfer.— You are a team player who effectively unites stakeholders around the creation of a holistic solution.— You are self-sufficient in building process design and like to take responsibility.
