As the PR Manager, you will drive Hacken’s strategic public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This role will be instrumental in aligning communication strategies with the company’s goals and values.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-depth media monitoring and analysis to track brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry trends. Stay informed about developments in the cybersecurity and Web3 sectors.
• Write, edit, and proofread press releases, media advisories, and other PR content. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Hacken’s brand messaging.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts. Secure coverage and opportunities for the company through effective media engagement.
• Oversee logistics and coordination for PR events. Ensure successful execution and media engagement to enhance Hacken’s public profile.
• Contribute to crisis communication strategies and response plans. Assist in managing communications during challenging situations to protect the company’s reputation.
• Develop compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates. Support content development efforts that align with Hacken’s strategic goals.
• Create and implement strategies to build and promote the personal brands of key executives and spokespersons, enhancing their credibility and influence.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• Proven experience in developing relationships with media professionals and platforms.
• Skills in crafting press releases, media pitches, and media kits; familiarity with media monitoring and crypto press release tools.
• Experience in developing crisis response strategies and coordinating crisis response teams.
• Proficiency in crafting compelling pitches and using media pitching tools (e.g., email outreach tools).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Brand24, and proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Expertise in content writing with a deep understanding of storytelling and copywriting.
• Ability to create engaging content for various platforms and audiences.
• Familiarity with writing tools (e.g., Grammarly, ChatGPT).
• English Level proficiency at C1 level or higher.
