Middle/Senior PPC Specialist (Storyby) in SKELAR

Storyby - an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films and immersive audiobooks. 10+ million people around the world read, watch and listen to our content.

There are three products in the Storyby ecosystem:

• DramaShorts — streaming vertical cinema with 1 million fans every month (own production in Europe and the USA).
• AlphaNovel — platform of novels and immersive audiobooks from a library of 20,000+ works.
• StorybyWriter is a publishing platform for 25,000+ authors; we screen the strongest stories for DramaShorts.

We support Ukrainian cinema: our films with Ukrainian actors and Ukrainian production.

We are developing an advertising direction and are looking for a PPC Specialist who is ready to scale our campaigns.

What challenges await:

• Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Google Ads;
• Collaborate with the analytics team and clearly formulate problems that hinder the achievement of KPIs;
• Monitor and track key performance indicators, including budget, ARRPU, ROAS and ROI;
• Collaborate with the creative team and formulate hypotheses that will influence the result;
• In the future - create and manage your commands under Google direction.

What is important to us:

• Experience of working with Google Ads from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company;
• Experience with media campaigns (P-Max, Demand Gen);
• A data-driven decision-making approach. Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;
• Experience with budgets of $100k+/month;
• Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

It will be a plus:

• Experience of working with advertising platforms TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Meta Ads, Mintegral;
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable;
• English at B2 level.
