Challenges you’ll meet: • Designing short videos (upto2min) and static images topromote the app onvarious social platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram)• Generating ideas alongside marketing team toimprove visual communication ofmessages inads • Retrospective analysis ofmarketing visuals based onads’ performance • Analyzing competitors’ ads and social media tostay up-to-date with worldwide marketing design trends • Testing out new instruments, effects, plug-ins, creating project templates tomake work more efficient • Potentially leading position, which includes setting the quality bar for the team, developing the skills ofMDs inthe team and onboarding new team members Your professional qualities: • 2year + work experience inasimilar position • Leading experience ofMarketing creatives team ormotion design product team.
