Functional:

Independent search and testing of connections:

• Market monitoring: what competitors are doing, what offers are gaining momentum

• Search for new offers in the verticals

• Testing new connections on your own initiative

• Analysis of profitable connections

approaches for the team

Independent campaign management:

• Running campaigns from A to Z without step-by-step instructions

• Testing creative and audience hypotheses based on own of experience

• Making decisions about scaling and disconnection

• Finding new approaches in the vertical

Working with Facebook Ads Manager on advanced levels:

• Optimizing the structure of campaigns for geo-specificity

• Working with custom and lookalike audiences

• Managing budgets $500-9000/day

Analytics and decision-making:

• Independent analysis of metrics (CR, Approve Rate, ROI, CPL)

• Identification of problematic stages funnels and their elimination

• Formulation of hypotheses for tests and their verification in practice

Teamwork:

• Communication with the partner / advertiser and team member

• Working with June - tips, troubleshooting, support

Tech stack:

• Confident work in Keitaro, Adspower, Dolphin (or analogues)

• Experience in setting up tracking and detection systems

Requirements:

• Experience in robotsand a media buyer from 6 months (with real results)

• Understanding the logic of Nutra verticals and the specifics of different geos

• The ability to independently search and find working connections

• Experience scaling communication up to $1000+/day

• Ability to find information and solve problems independently

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment

Will plus:

• Experience working with other traffic sources (Google, TikTok)

• Skills of working with a designer / independent creation of creatives

• Own database of working connections in Nutra

• Access to accounts, creatives, test history

• Ability to quickly grow to Senior or switch to team management
