● You will be a part of the team which helps customers to migrate their existing solutions to Redwood
● The main task for migration QA will be to ensure that customer project migrated successfully and raise any issues which may appear on the way
● Communication with client success team will be also in place
● QA migration team will be led by experienced QA lead on the client side Must Haves
● 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
● Strong manual QA background (no AQA knowledge required)
● Experience with migration project testing
● Experience in collaboration with customer support team
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment
● Proficient in Windows and Linux/UNIX operating systems
● Proficient in software collaboration tools such as JIRA
● Proficient in testing and debugging of web-based applications
● Working knowledge of database concepts (eg: Oracle,MySQL,PostgreSQL)
● Working knowledge of networking architecture
● Working knowledge of security standards (e.g. SSL, Certificates) Nice to Haves
● Working knowledge of SAP applications
● Working knowledge of SOAP/REST based APIs
● Working knowledge of distributed architectures
