Main responsibilities: Management of new and current projects of the Bank, interaction with the project customer, coordination of requirements and problem solving; definition of goals, success criteria, as well as scopes and deadlines of the project; development of a project plan-schedule Development of a project strategy and definition of tasks for the team Attracting and coordinating the work of team members, resolving conflicts, motivating the team to achieve results Ensuring the quality of work, tracking the performance of tasks, controlling resource costs Identification and management of project risks Maintaining project documentation, drawing up reports for the sponsor, of the project customer, PMO and other interested parties, tracking the level of project implementation. Basic requirements: Higher education 3+ years of work experience in the role of an IT project manager Experience of working with project management tools Experience of working with a cross-functional team Practical experience of working with approaches such as Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking , Design Thinking, Innovation Management Good understanding of the software development life cycle Ability to effectively solve problems and set priorities Strong interpersonal skills required to lead a team.
