Main Responsibilities:

• Roadmap and Product Backlog Management
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from various sources
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, on functional alignment and prioritization
• Manage priorities and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and product support
• Participating in the process of defining requirements, designing solutions, writing user stories, developing and testing
• Managing the stages from product idea and planning to the development and release process.
• Analysis of product performance and identification of change needs
• Cross-functional interaction with design teams and technical teams to ensure timely and quality releases
• Interaction with the business to develop the right product positioning< /li>
• Market research and user needs to identify new product improvement opportunities

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a Product Owner in a scrum environment
• Experience in software development and exampleproduct development
• Practical experience with such approaches as Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking, Design Thinking, Innovation Management
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to manage the product throughout the development process
• Ability to effectively solve problems and determine priorities
• Working with teams of different maturity levels, building processes from scratch
• Critical thinking< /li>
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required to lead a team
