Main Responsibilities :

• Roadmap and Product Backlog Management
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from various sources < /li>
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional alignment and prioritization
• Manage priorities and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, efficiency and product support
• Participation in the process of defining requirements, design of solutions, writing user stories, development and testing
• Management of stages from product idea and planning to the development and release process.
• Analyzing product performance and identifying change needs
• Cross-functional interaction with design teams and technical teams to ensure timely and quality releases
• Interaction with business in the development of the correct positioning of the product
• Market research and user needs to identify new opportunities for product improvement

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in the role of Product Owner using the Scrum framework
• Experience in software development and product management
• Deep understanding of banking processes and the specifics of working with financial services
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Redmine, etc.)
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams < /li>
• Practical experience with approaches such as Lean startup, Agile development
• Ability to effectively interact with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to resolve conflicts and find compromises

• Ability to clearly formulate requirements and expectations
• Ability to present work results
• Knowledge of SQL basics
