Middle/Senior IT Product Owner in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Roadmap and product backlog management
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from different sources
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional alignment and prioritization
• Managing priorities and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and product support
• Participating in requirements definition, solution design, user story writing, development and testing
• Manage phases from product ideation and planning to development and release.
• Analyze product performance and identify change needs
• Cross-functional interaction with design teams and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Interaction with business in the development of the correct positioning of the product
• Research of the market and user needs to identify new opportunities for product improvement

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in the role of Product Owner using the Scrum framework
• Experience in software development and product management
• Deep understanding of banking processes and the specifics of working with financial services
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Redmine, etc.)
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams
• Practical experience with approaches such as Lean startup, Agile development
• Ability to effectively interact with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to solve conflicts and finding compromises
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and expectations
• Ability to present work results
• Knowledge of SQL fundamentals
