Middle/Senior Information Cyber Security Engineer (ID 183) in HELSI

𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗜 is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 5.5 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 1,300 health care institutions and more than 50,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is required:

• Available commercial experience of 3+ years in a similar position
  Understanding of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, ICMP) and network services (VPN, Proxy)
• Practical experience with HTTP, HTTPS, FTP protocols , DNS, SSH.
• Skills for working with databases (administration, query writing).
• Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, Bash) for process automation.
• li>Understanding the principles of cloud technologies
• Practical experience of working with IT products from Microsoft (Azure AD, Defender for Endpoints, EDR, and others)
• Practical experience of working with AWS
• OWASP Top 10: Understanding common web application vulnerabilities and how to combat them.
• Hands-on experience using a variety of penetration testing tools.
• Skills in preparing detailed and clear reports, including recommendations for correcting the identified problems.
• Threat analysis and modeling according to the methods (STRIDE, P.A.S.T.A.)
• Understanding the principles of ISMS construction
• Creation and implementation in company's security-related processes.
  
  What you will do:
• Development and implementation of IS processes
• Participation in analysis risks
• Participation in the development and implementation of Business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Support of internal audits and penetration tests performed by third-party companies.
• Participation in the implementation of new technical solutions such as SIEM, Static Code analyzer, Data Encryption and others
• Participation in the development of training courses for employees
• Participation in incident investigation
• Conducting infrastructure scans on the presence of technical vulnerabilities
