Middle/Senior Frontend Magento 2 Developer in Polytech Software

We invite you to cooperate with Middle/Senior Frontend Magento 2 Developer. 

The main country of the project and sales is the UK, the release of a new platform for the UK is currently being prepared. All new features will go into production on this marketplace.

The business model is attractive because all products are sold at a discount from the standard price compared to other sales channels. This ensures a high flow of orders.

There is a similarity with our Outlet: we sell both "our" goods and let others sell them. Accordingly, we have the task of tracking both internal warehouses, currency conversion, taxes, duties, and statuses from other marketplace sellers.

The main tasks will be: development of mockups and wireframes in close cooperation with the marketing department, as well as the implementation of approved changes in the marketplace. Most of the work will be related to css and javascript development. 

We are looking for a versatile specialist who is ready not only to engage in FE development, but also to participate in all aspects of the project. In this position, you will be involved in all stages of the tasks, from requirements discussion, design and mock-up development, discussion of results with stakeholders, adjustment of results and technical implementation.

Important understand that most of our tasks require close interaction with non-technical specialists such as the marketing team. We expect the candidate to be able to communicate independently and explain technical aspects to non-technical colleagues.

We have integration with Mirakl (https://www.mirakl.com/) for product management from external sellers, ZigZag additionally for returns management, PIM(InRiver), Payment service providers, namely Stripe, internal tracking of order/payment/delivery/return statuses.

Hosting — AWS. Implementation on Magento 2, built on the Hyva theme. We use Emarsys for mailings.

Requirements:

• Magento 2 FE development experience - from 3 years.< /li>
• JavaScript/TypeScript development experience - from 3 years.
• English at the B2 level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience in optimizing M2 for highly loaded systems.

• Experience working with Hyvä Theme.
