Middle/Senior Finance Specialist (F100) Рига (Латвія), віддалено SHORT DESCRIPTION AsaFinance Manager inBetby you will beastakeholder and oversee financial operations for acouple ofimportant directions. Your responsibilities will encompass awide range oftasks, including but not limited toclient’s invoicing, control ofpayments and client support, calculation ofKPIs, possibly payroll management and employees support, internal reconciliations, participation inbusiness development and PSPs compliance processes. Weare looking for someone who isadaptable, has robust financial expertise, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and can work efficiently individually and inateam. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clients direction: Collaboration with Legal and Commercial team incollection ofinformation Generation ofclient invoices (both monthly and daily), ensuring its accuracy and sending ontime. Clients ongoing assistance and support regarding any financial inquiries and other financial concerns. Daily monitoring ofclient payments and swiftly addressing any issues once they arise. Monitoring ofpayment schedules and sending follow ups onoutstanding invoices tooptimize cash flow. Enforcing payment policies and procedures tomitigate financial risks and minimize overdue payments. Collaborate with Legal and Commercial teams toresolve issues and escalate unresolved matters when necessary. KPIs and Payroll Management: Quarterly and monthly calculation ofkey performance indicators (KPIs) for Commercial Team and possibly Risk Managers/ Traders. Overseeing payroll calculation process for all employees including remote. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with Legal and HR. Preparation ofpayouts, including salaries, bonuses and other compensations. Employees support regarding any inquiries and resolving itpromptly. Input ofrelated accounting entries inaccounting software. Reconciliation ofactual employee balances with accounting books and ensure its accuracy infinancial records. Business Development and Compliance: Taking part inabusiness development process related toclients invoices. Participate inbusiness development activities related topayroll and KPIs. Assist inthe compliance processes for new bank accounts and PSPs. QUALIFICATIONS ANDSKILLS Bachelor’s degree inFinance orAccounting; Having ACCA orasimilar certification would beconsidered asaplus. Experience inasimilar finance role, preferably within the sports betting industry. Confident user ofGSheets. English level— atleast B2. Experience intransactions input into accounting software. Good analytical skills with the ability tocalculate and interpret financial data. Commitment and focus onachieving collective results. Ability toprioritize tasks effectively inafast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with afocus onproblem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tointeract professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
