Device Department develops security and automation devices.

We are looking for a development engineer for smart home devices. A person who, together with us, will develop compact wireless sensors and devices for the security alarm system and home automation. We need an inventor who can bring ideas to life using the best technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in a team of experienced embedded developers and engineers;
• Participation in the improvement and development of the SDK and the build system;
• Implementation and support of complex software.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Confident command of C/C++;
• Experience with Bash, Python;
• Skills of working with Git, Make and CMake;
• Experience with microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M core;
• Experience with various internal and external peripheral devices and sensors;
• Experience in developing devices with low energy consumption;
• SW/HW debugging, emulation and debugging experience;
• Experience with Networking and Security, understanding of the OSI model;
• Experience with OTA updates;
• Good analytical problem-solving skills;
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with secure boot, ARM TrustZone;
• Experience with wireless communications, access to a common communication channel;
• Linux development experience;
• Experience with different compilers, emulators and debuggers;
• Experience with BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Sub-GHz.
