Middle/Senior Data analyst in Perla Helsa

Perla Helsa is a Ukrainian D2C wellness brand that, since 2019, has been helping people take care of their health with the help of high-quality dietary supplements.

Today we have over400,000 followers on Instagram and 130,000 satisfied customers in Ukraine. We are growing, entering the EU markets and expanding our product lines.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst - a specialist who will help us work with data: create dashboards, automate reports, find insights and support the business in making decisions based on analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to ad-hoc requests and tasks from departments (Marketing - User Acquisition, SMM, SEO, as well as Sales and Operations).
• Develop innovative data visualizations (funnels, dashboards, reports) and use data storytelling for effective presentations.
• Automate routine queries and share insights with the team.
• Provide analytics of user behavior to support data-driven decisions.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify patterns, trends and insights that shape business strategies.
• Test sales funnels and conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience and increase conversion.
• Participate inimprovement and development of data infrastructure according to business needs.

Requirements:

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Product Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in web analytics (basic level) required.
• English - Upper Intermediate (written).
• High level of self-organization, disciplines and results orientation.

Would be an advantage but not required:

• Understanding of product metrics and A/B testing (including statistical significance").
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Amplitude, MixPanel).
