We, Boosta, are an international IT company, whose portfolio includes many successful products, performance marketing projects and its own investment fund. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join the team of cool professionals of the Honeytech project — a young startup within the Boosta ecosystem. 1.5 years ago, we launched a project in the comics industry, which is now worth $5 billion and will grow 5 times in the next 10 years.

We have already found a unit economy, solved all issues with financing and are now actively growing.

Your tasks will consist of product and marketing areas:

• Finding insights for product development;
• Forecasting LTV and revenue;
• Evaluation of implemented product initiatives;
• Building and improvement of reporting in Tableau for marketing and product teams;
• Development and automation of data pipelines;
• Evaluation of AB tests.

You will work together with the Head of Product, a senior analyst, who will help you "pump up" if necessary.

Skills that will help you perform tasks well:

Technical skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a data analyst in IT companies;
• Professional SQL (experience with BigQuery will be an advantage);
• Scripting language for data analysis: R(tidyverse) or Python (pandas, numpy) at least at an intermediate level;
• Understanding cohort analysis approaches;
• Will be a plus : knowledge of AB test evaluation theory and experience in building analytical models;
