Middle/Senior C++ Engineer in Onseo

Employer is a Ukrainian company engaged in the production of electronic components from idea to implementation! The company offers the opportunity to implement solutions and influence events now.

We are currently looking for a C++ developer.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, robotics or related specialties).
• 5 years of commercial development experience in C++.

• Practice of working with embedded, real-time or high-performance systems will be a big plus.

Technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of C++ (C++17 and above).
• Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns (Design Patterns).
• Experience with libraries and frameworks: STL, Boost, ASIO.
• Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming (std::thread, mutex, lock-free approaches).
• Understanding of memory, optimization and profiling principles.
• Experience with CMake, Git, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience of integration with sensors, robotics frameworks or middleware (e.g. ROS/ROS2) would be an advantage.

• Experience with WEBRTC / H2G5 / MPEG

Essential Responsibilities:

• Development, support and optimization of software modules in C++ (C++17+), taking into account requirements for performance, reliability and scalability of systems.
• Design and implementation of competitive and multithreaded solutions using modern synchronization approaches, lock-free structures and asynchronous mechanisms.
• Analysis, profiling and optimization of usage memory and computing resources, especially in environments with limited resources or high latency requirements.
• Working with embedded / Linux systems, network protocols, sensors, middleware, ensuring stable interaction between components.

• Contribution to the choice of architecture, application of design patterns, code review and improvement of technical quality of the product.
