Middle/Senior Business Analyst in Voypost

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, your primary focus will be on the pre-sale and discovery phases of our projects. We're looking for an independent expert with a proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions. If you enjoy uncovering insights and crafting strategic recommendations, we can't wait to meet you!Requirements:— Upper-Intermediate or higher English level— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst— You're okay with working flexible hours, including evenings if necessary— Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking— Basic technical background— Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN— Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Responsibilities based on the project phase:— Pre-sale phase:- collecting basic information about the project from the customer;- project overview preparation; decomposition preparation;- provide context for development/design evaluation;- context transferring for sales;- reporting to a PM— Discovery phase:- requirements analysis;- flow charts preparation if necessary;- scope finalization with the customer;- transfer context to the team— Development phase:- project documentation preparation and its approval with the customer;- design review to ensure meeting requirements;- making corrections to the project documentation if necessary— Common:- participation in building and improving processes in the company;- preparation and transferring feedback to the team membersOur Clients: Europe, AmericaProject duration: on average up to 0,5 - 1 year, but can be longerTeam: up to 10 people, depending on the projectEmployment type: full-time (40 hours a week)Trial period: 3 monthsWe offer:— 20 vacation days— 5 sick leave daysAfter the trial period:— Medical insurance— Budget for professional courses— Budget for sports/hobbies— Co-working space compensation— English language courses compensationStages of the Recruitment process:1.
