We are looking for a Middle/Senior AQA JavaScript Engineer to join our media-related project.

Our client is a leading retail media enablement platform based in the US/Canada. The customer has built the first online platform for live streaming and home shopping shows with a built-in buying experience that anyone can use. The automation on a project will be built from scratch.

What is the team size and structure?

On the client-side, you could expect a Senior Product Manager, a VP of Engagement, and a development team. On our side, we do have 2 AQA Engineers and a Project Coordinator.

How many stages of the interview are there?

— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;

— Technical interview on the Ralabs side — up to 1 hour;

— Interview with the client in English — up to 30 min.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience in JavaScript automation;
• Experience with JavaScript test automation frameworks;
• Experience in setting up automation testing from scratch will be a strong plus;
• Working with test management and task tracking tools (Postman, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins);
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Building Testing Strategy: develop a comprehensive testing strategy by analyzing product requirements and determining necessary methodologies and tools.
• Building Automation Testing from Scratch: select and implement appropriate tools and frameworks to create automated test scripts.
• Regression Testing: conduct regression tests to ensure software stability post-changes and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Creating and Maintaining Documentation: develop, update, and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test plans, cases, and results reports.
