Mіddle/Senior Analyst for eGov in Softengi

Description of the project and team:

We are looking for a core team member to strengthen business unit abilities in the current and prospective projects in the eGov domain.

Our candidate must be willing to travel on business trips occasionally. There are business trips to Africa, Europe, and Central Asia (here it depends on the projects)

Mandatory condition

- Experience working in the eGgov domain

- Experience working on waterfall projects, fixed-cost projects

- The possibility of going on business trips

- English not lower than Upper-Intermediate

Your qualification:

• 4+ years of experience in system or business analysis

• You have profound expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems

• Strong analytical and system thinking skills

• Good communication skills

• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (written/spoken)

• Experience working with multiple corporate stakeholders via remote communication channels

• Strong facilitation skills

• Work with wireframes and diagrams

Responsibilities:

• Conducts current state analysis and requirements elicitation for the ICT system (in-depth interviews, offline meetings)

• Studies and analyzes the specific requirements and stakeholders’ needs of the target system

• Analysis of requirements and confirmation of all business processes within the scope

• Translates high-level business solutions into technical specifications

• Facilitates requirements-related meetings

• Prepares technical documentation and instructions
