Wefollow and shape iGaming trends, receiving many awards and recognition for our projects.Responsibilities:Attracting and retaining partners;Active negotiation with existing partners;Analysis oftraffic sources and search for new ones;Tracking and analysis ofperformance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPIfulfillment;Communicate and collaborate with affiliates with updates onour latest campaigns;Ensure that the affiliates have the appropriate media topush brand-related communications;Development oflong-term partnership relations;Attending international conferences;Work closely with the Head ofPerformance Marketing tocontinuously develop the Hero Gaming affiliate program for all brands through new and existing affiliate partners. Requirements:Confident knowledge ofthe affiliate industry;Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh strategies for approaching new leads;Atleast 2+years ofexperience asanaffiliate manager;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;English language proficiency atthe Upper-Intermediate level orhigher (must-have);Experience with Tier-3 markets (nice tohave).Soft Skills:Communication;Detail oriented;Flexibility and ability towork inafast-paced and dynamic environment;Ability towork independently;Conflict management skills.Work conditions:Work inaninternationalIT product company with offices inPoland, Georgia, Malta;Remote full-time work orwork from acomfortable office.
