Required skills Experience with Scrum from 1.5 years English language level Upper Intermediate or higher Clear understanding of Agile Principles/Manifesto, values and Scrum framework Theoretical knowledge of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) Good understanding of the full SDLC cycle Good organizational skills Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g. , Confluence, VersionOne, Online Whiteboards) Experience in organizing and moderating meetings of various levels of seminars Excellent communication skills Will be a plus Practical experience with the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), especially leading a team during PI planning SAFe certification Scrum master or Leading SAFe Agile Team Facilitation certification Technical knowledge (development, testing) Experience in the field of collaboration What you will get by working with us: Full technical equipment (MacBook, additional monitor, comfortable workplace) Work only with advanced technologies Friendly and professional atmosphere in the team 🙂 8-hour working day, without overtime Sickness and holidays are compensated partial compensation for the gym partial compensation for certifications and conferences partial compensation for English/German classes Responsibilities Mindset: ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Sprint Events: Effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support product development and delivery. Retros/lessons learned: the ability to identify pain points for the Agile team and generate fresh practical ideas. Work with the scope: support the product owner and provide training as needed, especially Product Backlog health, Dependency Management for better release management. PIand Sprint Planning: help teams achieve Sprint goals & PIObjectives/ Program objectives by following planning ceremonies / evaluation of backlog items. Conduct team breakout sessions to determine the scope of work on the PI plan. Coaching Teams: coaching of teams in self-organization. Help the team reach a higher level of Agile maturity. Stakeholder Management: to have partnership relations, to cooperate with team stakeholders. Progress tracking: track and report on the team's progress indicators. Pay attention to anti-agile patterns and coach the team to eliminate them. Escalate when something hinders progress. Stages of communication about the vacancy: 1. Dialogue with the Recruiter in a learning format (only the most important issues are discussed) 2. Online call: 15 min.
