Hey there! We are looking for a Sales Manager with at least 1 years of commercial experience to join our team. This is a remote position.

Main responsibilities:

— Working with warm leads (inbound)
— Clarifying the requirements of the client’s task, completing necessary documents, CRM system
— Providing advice to clients on the company’s services
— Conducting communication on video calls and correspondence
— Handling objections. Resolving conflict situations while working with the client
— Presentation preparation
— Fulfilling personal sales plan and conversion targets

Team

You’ll be working in a small and friendly team that consists of Head of Sales, Sales Managers, and Lead generators

Requirements:

Must-have:

— English level C1
— Minimum 1 years of sales
— Ability to identify requirements and write user stories
— Working experience with the Western market clients
— Knowledge and use of sales techniques
— Result oriented

Good-to-have:

— Previous work with CRM systems
— Will be good to know UpWork service
— Experience in B2C sales
