Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Ruby on Rails backend software engineer
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOP)
• Proficiency with databases and data storage solutions (PostgreSQL)
• Good knowledge of principles and experience with ElasticSearch
• Experience with testing frameworks (RSpec)
• Commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools (GitHub Actions, Heroku)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date on new technologies
• English level B2

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Develop and implement new features according to user stories and technical specifications
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Unit test and integrate test your code
• Estimate work and fit in deadlines
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Ruby on Rails advancements and best practices
